For the third year in a row, Nicholas Vail has been named a Rising Star in the 2026 edition of Thomson Reuters’ Colorado Super Lawyers List for Business/Corporate Law.
The Super Lawyers’ list, published annually by Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers, serves to “honor … those lawyers who exhibit excellence in practice.” Super Lawyers selects attorneys to the list using what it describes as a patented multiphase selection process which includes peer nominations and evaluations combined with independent research. The Rising Star distinction is awarded to only 2.5% of attorneys in the state in a given year.
